July Challenge Push Ups

Push ups are one of the basic and most common exercises to improve your strength, fitness and general health. Push ups are not only great for your chest, but do a tremendous job of defining your abs, triceps, shoulders and torso. 

How many press up’s can your team complete together in 3 minutes each week??

Total press up’s will be added together over the four week period. The team will the most amount of press up’s will win!!!
